For everyone reading, Annette truly deserves this dream come true, as she did tons and tons of research to show her dear but practical hubby how this would be a good investment in their future. And she was kind enough to have done all of that leg work AND then share it with me so that I can someday maybe hopefully convince my even more skittish hubby that my dream can come true, too.
