Cigalechanta's recent introduction of her cute puppy, Luc's photograph of his beloved Scotties, and a suggestion from Shoesy have all motivated me to start this thread.

Here are the furbabies at mommy and daddy's wedding.

And lounging at home.

Ouiparis - My "girls" are boys, despite the fact that "Muffy" is a feminine name. I didn't know he was a boy when I named him.

I absolutely adore doggies

(I grew up with a wire-haired fox terrier), and I would love to have one, but it's not convenient because I spend more than a month in the States every summer. My nephew, who's a vet and has quite a few cats of his own, doesn't mind taking care of 2 more so Muffy and Cinnamon stay with him whenever we're away.

Of course I love our cats, but I don't really understand them. I'm always getting scratched or bitten.
