Shoesy, I ate at Fontaine de Mars two years ago and was underwhelmed. They were out of the first two things I ordered. I ended up with some unmemorable chicken thing. Maybe they've improved...

I would guess they will be inundated with American tourists, (at least for awhile) wanting to tell their friends back home "we ate where the Obama's did."

Yes, likely we won't race to eat there either....wonder where Michelle and girls ate in the St. Germain area (I think) on Sunday...

We ate there on our first trip in 2007 ~ Den loved it and I liked it, but not enough to give up going to a new place in our subsequent 2 trips. I like to think they read my trip report on Slow Travel and said, we'll go where the Dupuis's went!
