Today is the first time I've had a chance to look through the Froggy Blog. What fun! It now has a place on my "Faves" list. Being a foodie and dedicated cook, I love her recipes!

I agree entirely with Lucky's assessment. G & I took a class with Anne and had a terrific time. Recently, I was delighted to find fresh duck breast filets at a local grocery and prepared Anne's recipe from her blog. I didn't have ice cider or Sauternes, so I subsituted Marsala and it worked beautifully. I'd highly recommend it.

I am already starting to compile a To-Do" list and that is a really great idea! I wonder if she would rather not during the holiday season? I'd understand, of course, if she didn't. I'll wait until the trip is closer and ask her in Oct or Nov. You guys are smarter than you look

Anne probably won't be checking this board this week because of Passover. I think she usually goes away over the Christmas break with her kids, but I'm not sure of the details. Happy, I wouldn't wait until Oct/Nov to ask her. She only does it once or twice a month and you'd need to sign up early.

Hello, Ms. Froggy...you come highly recommended by your friends! I will be in Paris from Dec 26 until Dec 31. I understand that the holidays is a busy time and a lot of people spend it with their families. I look forward to visiting your kitchen another time. I love your blog. Very fun read. I am always happy to read about (and eat!) good food . I also am a dedicated cook and love to cook with and for friends.
