Its a great ride and not scarey. I could not get over what a smooth ride these old lifts do! I have been in some shockers in very modern buildings but the Eiffel Tower is so smooth and do not worry - they have men who check everything out before opening and then at the end of the day before closing. Very safe!

Going to the top of the ET has never been on my To Do list, not because I wouldn't enjoy it or because I'm afraid of heights, but because I really don't like long lines and crowds, so thank you very much for this!
