Good Grief! "sobriety" and Paris in the same sentence/thought!? Next thing he'll be cracking down on big sugary drinks! On that note, sort of, I do notice the difference in the light levels in Paris and NYC at night...feel safer...not talking about "bad guys" talking about seeing where I'm going (gate vestiges, pot holes, curbs, big cobbles, etc)! Well and all sort of vermin!
