I've noticed that very few members show where they live. Now it's completely a personal choice but I like to know where we are from simply because I know we are a very diverse group. I put the whole thing city, state, country because I do live in a tourist destination town and Independence played an important part in several significant events in American history. Also the home of one American President. So will you satisfy my curiosity? this inquiring mind wants to know.

I live in Oella, MD which is just outside of Baltimore. I work in Washington DC But in 9 more days I will live in Paris (Unfortunately just for a week : ;D I applaud ..and exalt..your way of thinking and spirit!!! ;D As it says I am in Ny, NY which means Manhattan..Upper East Sidei n my case. Trivia.....NYC is the 5 boros..Manhattan , the Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens. However for address purpose only Manhattan is New York, New York..The rest are Bronx, NY, Staten Island, New York, Brooklyn, New York...and then Queens get interesting...the address is the part of Queens you live in...ex. Jamaiica, NY, Forsest Hills, NY, Astoria, NY etc. not Queens , NY! Not so important bit of trivia as it all depends on zip codes these days....

I live in Philadelphia, PA in what is called University City which used to simply be West Philadelphia. While there are some apartment buildings , especially closer to Penn and Drexel, in our area there are Twin Homes, Row Houses and some Singles. The houses range in age from the 18903 through the 1930s, with a few newer ones.
We are short mass transit ride from Center City as our "downtown" is called. Pre children we lived close to Rittenhouse Square and loved it. Philadelphia is a great walking city and we enjoy it.

I'm in Sydney, Australia.
A wonderful city which I am lucky enough to live in but I do wish we were not so far away from the rest of the world.

Speculoos is made from caramelized gingerbread cookie which was traditionally baked for consumption on St. Nicholas day in Belgium.Speculoos is sourced and derived from the Dutch word ‘speculaas’ and it is a type or form of biscuit or cookies that we eat on a daily basis as part of our breakfast or snacks.
