Thurs. or Fri. I asked about keeping your notes organized and I know that I got 1 reply. Are there any others? I can't even find my own posting to the question and I've really looked pretty hard. So, I'll ask one more time. The question is : I'm picking up a lot of info here. Often times I just grab whatever piece of paper I can find and put my note on that, promising myself that I will get back to it "later". I even bought a new notebook. I'm usually a very organized person so this is really bothering me plus, my desktop is getting pretty deep! See, if I would have had my note handy, I'd be able to make the smiley face!

If I should die suddenly, it's going to be very embarrasing when somebody opens the cabinet doors over our desk. The insides are absolutely covered layers of sticky notes about all the cool things I've learned about online!!

susanb, To help you get started organizing your notes, here are some suggestions: - Clipmarks - allows you to quickly clip items found in a website and save them in an easy, organized way.
clipmarks.com/
- ATnotes - a neat way to save bits of information on your desktop similar to post its. For more informtaion: tinyurl.com/2j92ws
- Open Office - a free (open source) equivalent to Microsoft Office. Its word processor is a great way to copy, paste and save information in an orderly fashion.

- Keynote - a flexible, multi-featured tabbed notebook

All of the above programs are free. The only cost is the time spent in learning how to use them. An effort which will pay big dividends when you want to find something fast.

I can't believe that there aren't any other slightly anal people out ther who don't have an organizational "thing" I have a feeling that discipline is going to be the name of the game!

Susan~
We were in the "Arts & Culture" area of the board -- I had a tough time finding it also. However, if you click on "members" at the top of this page, find your board name, click on it, it it brings up your profile and shows your prior posts. Then you can always find what you're looking for.
This entire board just exploded with people and posts over the weekend!! Obviously, it's a new great thing!!!
