Hi all,
Just checking in to say that PPD is raging this morning. Took Luckymama to see Midnight in Paris last night (she hadn't seen it, while I saw it months ago). She LOVED it and called this morning to announce that she wants to go back to Paris ASAP! Me too! Thankfully I will be able to live vicariously through all of you. ;D

I watched it on the plane back home yesterday, as well as Paris (with Juliette Binoche) and 2 Days in Paris (with Adam Goldberg and Julie Delepy, one of the funniest movies I have ever seen). It seemed like a good idea to make 7 hours go by, but I was already in serious Paris withdrawal by the time we landed. d**n you, Air France! ;D I would buy all three of these movies and watch them over and over again, along with Amelie and Paris, je t'aime. We finally saw MIP on DVD last week. We loved the movie and watched it twice back to back and again the next night. What a fun movie. I am a big fan of Racheal McAdams but have to say that I wanted to pound her character and parents into paste the minute they opened their mouths.
The look on Owen Wilson's face at the party when he went from "what the heck is going on" to "what the heck, roll with it" was perfect. Just accept that it is Paris and roll with it.
OK, I have to go home and watch Amelie now.

Oh I loved 2 Days in Paris  I'm going to see if it's in the library, thanks for the reminder Jo! I had Amelie on my PVR and watched it repeatedly. Unfortunately our service provider did upgrades and it was erased  I now have Anthony Bourdain's Paris episode on the PVR which is great but he's no Amelie |

There are also the househunters International shows about Paris also. However, the one with a $4,000,000 budget makes me want to hurt someone.

I love International House Hunters. Unless they're in Paris, then I hate them, especially when they have a budget that is only attainable if I win the lottery!
