I agree that the title of the blog is very cute, but my problem is that if Jo is an "old" broad, then that makes me........

If I had a blog it would be called "Not yet ready to be called an old dude".

Hey FM, Jane told us how much she loved meeting you and how wonderful your bike tours are. We will spread the word back home. As for me, this broad is too old for bike touring, lol.

Thanks Jo. Jane was a lot of fun to bike with and we had a great time together. How about an electric bike for you? Even "old broads" can do that!

It shows! Is your French very good? You seem to have no issues in communicating with people nor ordering some very unique dishes to eat.

Mez, both Den and I are French Canadian and I actually only spoke French until I was 6. I'm sure this is a big part of why we feel so comfortable in Paris.

JI'm o I'm sure that is true Jo..but I do too!! And my French is VERY limited..at least the spoken kind ..and even though S/O is fluent...even w/o him....the place just feels like a second home! Oh that it were...PPD setting in ...badly....

Oh that it were...PPD setting in ...badly.... That makes sense, Jo. Lucky you in being brought up with French language. Like Geordy, I too feel comfortable in France but I do recognise that there is something missing in not knowing the language. I personally get frustrated that I can't convey in words what I would like to say.Although, when it comes to eating, I find moans of delight and a clean plate are a good way to convey my enjoyment of the food.

On our way home this morning ~ final 2 days of blogs will have to wait. We've had a blast (we usually do) and it's so great that we are still laughing and giggling like it was the first day, after spending 22 days just the two of us. I'm a very lucky woman!

Very nice blog posts Jo. Sorry I couldn't make it to any GTG's this time but I'm going to make sure I'm at the next one. I'm counting down the days until I'm in Paris again too. Although since I live just outside Paris that shouldn't be too many!
