Actually, it sounds great - I used to love good old Baskin Robins mandarin chocolate sorbet and I would think this would be similar (without, of course, the "mandarin" part - although I have some very intense orange oil that might work for that). If you try it, please let us know how it turns out! Further: this may sound like heresy , but if made with Splenda or something like that, it also would be quite low cal, with few carbs and probably no cholesterol, yet still delicious.
