You ladies have a blast..in my tiny kitchen...I'll just have to buy them!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D
And most times..just wait to buy them in France....better..and better for my figure and cholestrerol!

Wow, Annette, this video is totally fascinating (the croissants and pains au choc,...one). And to think that he does that everyday !!! Can I share it on my facebook page ?

Wow! That was amazing. I've done the Meeting The French tour of the bakery and we got to see how croissants and pain au chocolats are made but I really loved his croissant cutting tool. I'd love to have a go with that. I liked the other pastries he made later on - who knew all those fancy pastries only require a twist or two to shape the dough! I must say I am somewhat embarrassed that I can virtually inhale a croissant in seconds and not give a thought to the amount of work it takes to make one.
