I really like her cookbooks.
My all time favorite recipe is in her Paris Cookbook, the lamb shanks braised in Banyuls from Les Allobroges.

Hi,
and welcome demarais!
I like the Paris Cookbook as well. One of our favourites is the Mollard's Ham and Goat's Cheese Wrap and the wine recommendation is a Sancerre ;D

Oh yes! Great cookbook (The Paris Cookbook, Wells). I've made quite a few recipes from it and they've all been good. I especially enjoy reading the sidenotes and recipe intros in this book.

The Paris Cookbook has Benoit's recipe for tarte Tatin that I use. It's a bit heavy on the butter, but so good! I sometimes add Anne Sfez's salted caramel coulis and maybe even an apple sorbet, as well.

In Simply French (I think), she includes a recipe for the rolls they served at Jamin when Robuchon was there. The intro said they made them twice a day at the restaurant, for lunch and dinner. They are easy and, when served with French butter (usually only at Christmas because it's $5 for a half pound), they're sinfully delish.

I love her Bistro Cookbook. And I've never been disappointed in any of her resto recommendations.
Actually, I want to BE her!!!! Imagine...living and giving cooking lessons in Provence and Paris, eating out at all of those fabulous restaurants on someone else's dime...sigh...
