Need apt @no16 Plz help!!!!

Hi,,,,,,,I need an a flat very close to rue de lacroix 75116 or rue de la pompe, furnished or half furnished at a reasonable price for more than 4-6 months.
The agencies asks for more than the one month rent as fees and 2 months as a security deposit. they also need inssurance too against fire and water!!!!

They also request a min of 6 months rent and you have not yet seen the apt yet. I have not travelled to paris yet.

God it is v expensive.

Can anyone help???

This really makes your life much more difficult.
