Paris in July is cooler than central Florida in July, Jody. The other morning it was 49ºF (about 10º C) in Paris! Yes, I know there are too many tourists in July but they are all hanging out at the ET, Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur, not where you and D would be. I would LOVE to do this treasure hunt! I wonder if there's any chance that they happen at any other time of year.

Waah! I want to be in Paris now. We have yet another heat wave here and it may hit 98 this week. Several days in the mid to high 90s for most of this week with high pollution and humidity.

Paris is no more crowded in July with tourists then it is in June. And ,, the traffic seems lighter in July too.
July in Paris sounds wonderful.
