Last February I had the pleasure of lunching with Anne-Paris, Truffaut and his partner at the restaurant on top of Musée Branly. The food was good (not extraordinaire, but worth the price) the view and the atmosphère was great. Anne's posted a complete review with pictures on her food blog here is the link: afoodiefroggy.canalblog.com/archives/restaurant_reviews/index.htmlDéfinitivement a place to go for a nice long, pleasant lunch or diner.

I concur with Luc's assessment. The view is spectacular. The decor is sophisticated without being at all fussy. The service was very efficient and friendly, although perhaps just a shade too familiar (nothing offensive, just a little bit surprising for a Parisian resto). The food was very good, and I thought, reasonably priced at lunch time. The dinner menu seemed too pricey for the food quality, though I think the room would be incredibly elegant in the dark!

thanks so much luc and Truffaut...all resto reviews are very welcome. (I would venture to say that many (most?) of us here place a great deal of importance in our Paris meal choices (well, I KNOW that I do at least!) I'm planning my list for December now!!

This restaurant looks very gourmet to me, and I love the idea of the fantastic view. It's only too bad that the price for lunch isn't the price for dinner!!! ;D
