Phread, To my great distress, I've learned that one of our favorites, Bistro le Petit Pamphlet has been sold and has changed names. I can't imagine why. Would you check to see if anybody answers by calling Le Pamphlet on rue Debelleyme? That was the original restaurant (closed for ages because of a flood) and I'm thinking that maybe the original has re-opened with the original owners and that they've sold only the spin-off Petit.

Horreur, enfer et damnation, mon ami, que ferons-nous si le Petit Phamphlet est fermé ?

My spy described the décor and it sounds unchanged. She says it's still very friendly, and very reasonably priced. She also says the dinner was excellent and there was a nice choice of wines. Perhaps it hasn't changed too much.

Yes, Please. Post your review if you do go so we can see whether to add it to the increasingly long list of places to eat. Obviously since we only have 9 days in Paris this time as most of our trip is in other areas of France, we will just have to come back if we are going to eat in all the places on this list.

:-/Now I'm nervous because Le Petit Pamphlet is on my list for our trip in 3 weeks. I've got so many places I want to eat at and so little time to do it in, I don't want to waste a dinner if its not the real deal.
