Faux offered up a ton of info. about Phread's situation, which appears to be wrong. THing is, knowing that Faux and Phread aren't thick as mud, it seems pretty inappropriate.

Yes, as to avatars, if you go to your name (by one of your posts) and click on it, a new screen will pop up . On that screen , you will see options to modify and if you click on that, one of the options is to add an avatar! You can chose one that is available (easiest way) or if you have a avatar on a URL site (one with an http type address), you can insert that , but you have to give dimensions (top is 100 pixels, so you might have to ratio it down).

What I don't get ..is how to put a picture on a post like andiandgaz did! My "paste" option is not darkened , so can't just cut and paste! (I don't understand the tab (insert image) button either as only the term or some such comes on the screen then! Oh, this is a learning process..but fun to learn!
