Congrats Anne! Loved the article and so nice for you to have that recognition!
I have taken a cooking class at Anne's home so I can attest to her cooking skills - we prepared a delicious meal and then sat down at her table to enjoy our dinner with Anne and Alain - wonderful evening!!

Thank you, Jody, for posting the link ! "Famous" : that' funny. But I can tell you that I felt a bit like a celebrity when I was followed everywhere at my local market by The Times photographer. I met some of my neighbours, of course, and they called my husband to ask what was going on with me and this photographer !! It was too funny !! Too bad they did not publish these pictures ! Cheers,
Anne

Congratulations, Anne. While it was interesting to read about your weekly menus, I must admit I found your pharmacy customers intriguing to read about.

Congrats Anne, I too found the bit about the pharmacy customers shoving the suppositories in the wrong places hilarious,.,. I am sure you have many more interesting tales from that work..
I must say one thing,, regarding your weekly menu.
I alone could eat that amount of food in two days.
My sons eat 5-6 eggs in one seating,, and an omelette for my family would require at least a dozen eggs( and we are only 4 persons at home now!). None of us are fat,, but,my husband and sons are all over 6 2 ft tall.. LOL and while I am not slim,, I am not in the double digits of clothing sizes..but I like lots of food!! LOL
This IS why French Women Don t get Fat!!! Everything you eat is so healthy, and lots of fruits I see. I am quite ashamed of our eating habits in comparison.

To Mez : My husband and I could write a [glow=red,2,300]book[/glow] about all the weird stories that happened in his pharmacy ! Some you would not even believe !! Joan : an omelette with 12 eggs ! OMG !! Mine had only 4 eggs, but looooots of crème fraiche in it !!

And How on earth do you flip a 12 egg omelet

Jody - not only does she give classes, but they are excellent and very unique because you are in a French home and dine with M et Mme.

Jody,, of course I must cook it( the huge omelette) in batches, usually its two or three pans at a time. I feel like a cook in a lumberjack camp sometimes.

Virtual flowers to you anne. An interesting article. You should post where and when your cooking classes are. there are always many asking where one day classes are.
