More here, but the jest of the story is a 36 hour walk off strike and one of the TGV lines will be affected beginning Tuesday (Which it already is in Paris) www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/307144,french-railway-workers-to-strike-late-tuesday.html

The Metro, RER and international high-speed lines are all unaffected.
Les grandes lignes (long-haul, both high-speed and conventional), TER, and Transilien (regional lines) are running at anywhere from 1 of 2 trains to 2 of 3. The train are running, just not at full capacity.
At the moment everyone should be back to work at 8 am tomorrow -- apparently it's a freight issue this time (and the internal TGV and regional trains are the ones that carry the bulk of the freight).
