What is nouvelle cuisine in Japanese? Probably www.kaiseki.com , C and I tried it out a little while ago and she absolutely loved it, I am more of a traditional sushi/tempura eater, sill, I thought I'd share this with you since it is really different. Lot's of colours, lots of flavours, super fresh fish, a beautiful presentation and watching the chef work is quite amazing. A little word of warning though, the sake tastes great but costs 35 Euros...

Right... It is super hard to find, (we walked past it...) they don't seem to make much advertisement.

They are on the too of my list for "must try" restaurants. I read about it recently and the chef is a fave of the local Japanese Embassy, so he must know what he is doing. Thanks Kasthor!!!
