I shared this apartment with Megan and her friend Heather for four days in September. I have "accidentaly" posted this reveiw on TA but here are some pictures also.
Incidentally..we stayed in the Greneta one apartment and were very pleased with it. It has recently been refurbished and is clean and modern.
As you enter the apartment there are a few of steps up to a small lobby, then a couple of steps down to a good sized, new, fully fitted kitchen, including full oven and dishwasher and good sized freezer.
Bright and airy lounge has four widows, two each side, One side going out onto private outside space with table and chairs, it has a high wall around so the view is only above rooftops, but it was nice to sit out for breakfast. The other side looked out onto courtyard. Very quiet. Occasional noise of people getting up in the mornings.Convertible bed in lounge was comfortable. Wi-fi worked. At the time we were ther there was some scaffoding up but we were never disturbed by workmen. It just cut out some of the light to the bedroom.
Bedroom on lower floor down flight of stairs, going from lounge Comfy bed plenty of space. Bathroom en-suite to this bedroom.( Could cause privacy issues if two couples sharing.) Good water pressure on shower. Plenty of hot water. There were only mirrors in the bathroom. (possibly a Blokes apartment!)
The apartment is on second (third US) floor up 43 steps, this didn't bother me but for people with mobility issues it may be a problem. Once again I was very pleased with centreparis and think they give very good value for money.

This apartment very secure, behind two digicode doors in a very quiet street a few steps from rue Montorguiel, which is a buzzing and lively market street at all times of the day and evening, so there are plenty of bars and cafes around. The Halles metro and the sentier metro are less than 5 minutes walk away and the river is about ten minutes walk. Fantastic location!
43 steps to second floor.
Entry into good sized and well equipped kitchen.
Steps up to airy and bright lounge. Two windows at one side out to outside space.
Two windows at other side overlooking courtyard.
Comfortable convertible sofa
Outside balcony
steps from lounge down to bedroom and bathroom on lower floor.
