The musée Jacquemart-André hosts until January 11th the prestigious Brukenthal collection of XVth to XVIIth centuries painting : mostly Flemmish masters like Memling, Van Eyck, Brueghel the Old and the Young, Jordaens, etc... but also some Italian or German ones. www.culturespaces-minisite.com/brukenthal/01expo/parcours.html158 bld Haussmann, 8ème arr Every day 10am till 6pm (Mondays till 9:30pm)

Many thanks, Anne. We scheduled for Paris in early December. We'd already planned another look at the Flemish masters at the Louvre; we'll add the Jacquemart-André to our list.
(The real Anselm Adorne — the 15th century one — lived in Bruges at the same time as Hans Memling.)
