Thanks for linking the article. Mark Bittman included two of our favorites - Les Papilles and L'Epigramme. We've probably eaten a half dozen times over the years at Les Papilles and three times at L'Epigramme. We enjoy both of them very much.
Have had the other two on our list for next fall. Itineraires has been on and off it as I've read so many mixed comments, but we were fans of his former Le Temps au Temps. Le Gaigne we'll try for sure.

We wanted to try Le Gaigne in May, but it was closed for about a week while we were there and I think it re-opened the weekend we left ~ we just ran out of time, but it is on our list for next September. Les Papilles sounds great too, it's going on the list as well (that poor list ~ we'll have to come to Paris about 10 times to eat everywhere we want to try........not that that's a bad thing!  ) Jo |
