I was just reading that the new Hotel de Ville free exhibit will be about Gustave Eiffel. It will be the first exhibition solely devoted to the construction genius!
From 06 May To 31 August 2009 I will have to find a morning...

cool. I once took a stroll through some village I discovered through
An Hour From Paris" and came across the most beautiful bridge. Upon closer inspection, I learned that Gustave had done that, as well. He made steel look like lace.

Thank you Luc,, that sounds like awonderful addition to my plans!An especially apprieciated tip,, as I am finding that many exhibits seem to vanish in July and August,, or at least from late July thru August. Understandable, but dissappointing .
