It is one of the largest theaters in the city of Paris with a glass walled cafe that over looks the Eiffel Tower and 1930 murals. The calendar is almost exclusively dance and physical comedy, no French language skills required.
I went Sat night and loved it from a to z. The venue is stunning. The show was by a well known and loved contemporary man, Desjardins. Think Jerry Lewis or Charlie Chaplin. The French adore this kind of physical humour. It is fun and a cultural experience. Other shows include foreign dance troupes and comedies, so language is rarely and issue here AND we got our tix last minute, despite the well known artist.

Thanks for the tip, Phread. I usually forego anything with Theatre in the title thinking my French won't be adequate. But this looks worthwhile if for just seeing the building. Putting it on my list for my trip (starting next week!!!!)
