Hello everybody, i'm new here . Have been browsing the site and have become rather addicted to reading all of the beautiful Trip Reports. So much so that I keep having to swiftly minimize browsers in the office when people come near my desk! Really wonderful stuff. I am travelling to Paris at the beginning of December (much needed) and I absolutely can't wait! It will only be my second time, and my OH's 1st time. We have got so many lovely things planned to do as you can imagine. I just wanted a little advice though if anybody can help; I was considering ordering my Roissybus tickets online before the trip, do you think it's worth it, or is it easy enough to buy tickets when i arrive? It might sound like a silly question, but it will be an evening arrival after a boring day at work and I want to make our transfer run as smoothly as possible! What do you think? Best Wishes, Esperanza xxx

We just paid the driver. It was an easy, low stress way to come into Paris. Oh, and welcome to the group.

Hi Esperanze. I love your name . Welcome to OPF. Almost without exception, it doesn't do much good to order any tickets for anything in Paris prior to getting there. Most, if not all of them, have a mark-up and, as Ray said about the Roissybus tickets, you can get almost any pass or ticket once you're there without much stress if any at all. On the other hand, several years ago, I ordered some pass or other (I think it was metro) on-line before we went and I have to admit it was nice having it in hand when we got there. But I soon realized I paid a rather steep premium for that convenience and vowed never to do it again.

Thanks Ray and Happygoin, I think I will take your advice and buy when I get there, from the driver.
Think I was probably just feeling a little nervous and like you said Happygoin, I was thinking of having it in my hand for ease.
Thanks for your kind welcome too! ;D
