Hi all.
After cross-checking diaries, Megan and I have finally found a time we are both free to meet up!
Yes, we lived across the ditch from each other but it took a love of Paris and travel to get us to meet each other on the other side of the world. ;D
If anyone is in London, we plan on meeting after Megan finishes work on Monday 10 November.
We're still figuring out where to meet, so nothing apart from the date and time is set.
If anyone is in town, feel free to join us.

I am working my way through the membership list - so don't be surprised if you wake up one morning and there is a 'tint' in your backyard and a Kiwi at your front door with a cheery Bonjour , a croissant and a coffee !

Gitte - there is more than enough of me to go around ( I am working on that tho so that I can run up that ladder next year - you may need a magnifying glass to find me or I will be the one in the bikini ! ;D ;D )
Anyhow its up to Mez ( but I don't think I am speaking alone on this - the GR experience on the AUS $ and the NZD $ may be horrific. I think its a pint and a pie night ;D
( I know I am in the UK but have had only one pay in pounds which I have just sent to an apartment owner in Paris !)
But you never know ........... I am easily swayed !

Denise, Unfortunately I am not heading up north. In fact I am asking friends up that way if they want to head south to meet ME! I am so cheeky!! I definitely need to see more of the UK on future trips....but I am so torn. Ronice, a Sydney gtg is definitely called for. Perhaps if we give enough notice, OPFers can buy flights to Paris via Sydney. ;D Megan, the Ritz sounds nice...but I'm not sure they'll let me in wearing my travel duds. I may have to pretend I am impoverished European royalty. |

Well girls, a Sydney GTG will be a very exclusive thing . No risk of seing many of us unexpectedly turning out  ... Megan poor you, I can't believe that you haven't yet received your clothes, after so many weeks ! You definetly need to do some serious shopping . Your old clothes will be out of fashion by the time they finally arrive anyway ;D ! |

Megan, if you are going to meet at the Ritz for a cocktail, be sure to make a reservation. We tried last year when we met friends, and couldn't get a table in the bar.Our friends were even staying at the Ritz and that didn.t help!
