I've heard about it as well, I saw a TV show where the host stayed there, in fact. The host seemed very taken with it. I also read a gay travel blog where they had stayed there for their honeymoon after getting married in England I think it was. Sorry, I didn't bookmark the blog as it was perhaps 6 months since the author had written anything, but the hotel sounded quite smart. I seem to recall it being in the outer...perhaps 20th?

I thought a Mama Shelter was a place for beat-up women to hide with their poor kids, from their violent, dipshit, shuddav-been-strangled-at-birth, as*hole husbands.
But.......... I must be behind fashion trends, it seems. Getting old.........

Looks interesting, but it's dangerously close to "we're so hip we're on the bleeding edge...you are SO yesterday."
I'd be interested to hear from anyone who's been there.

I believe it's one of phread's hideouts, actually.

They've advertised some pretty low prices but whenever I've plopped in dates on their sites never got those rates.... I imagine the hype surrounding their opening didn't help.. Is that where Phread had her pack a bag "mystery date?" PS: Forgot I started this thread and that the link didn't go blue

Okay, hear I am. I have never stayed there. But two weeks ago we took the chillins' there for Sunday bruch to celebrate a Sweet 16. The place is very cool and trendy and fun and young. Superhero masks cover naked light bulbs to make cheap light fixtures. And their brunch... Fantastic. You can read about it here www.girlsguidetoparis.com/whatshot/blog-post/The-Paris-Brunch/996The people watching is fascinating. The prices for a room are excellent BUT the place is very inconvenient to local transport.

Hello, I know this hotel. It's not bad but I prefer design hotel like the Five Hotel in the 5th district. Maybe you could try these 2 hotels There're very different
