It will be on July 17th and July 22th at 10pm and 1am .Here is the description from the Food Network. Douglas section is about the roulette cake.
World's Largest Cupcake Duff and Geof create the World's Largest Cupcake for a charity bake sale in Minnesota. Mary Smith creates a Roulette Wheel cake for a Baltimore charity's "Casino Night." And the decorators create a cake that's a replica of the Charm City bakery

OH! Your description, Luc, just made me remember a commercial for the episode. It was just the other night...they showed the "cupcake" cake in a commercial for an upcoming episode.
Thanks!

I missed it last night (Sandy - I was out with a group of friends at an Argentinian restaurant!). But thankfully it will be repeated at 10 PM on the 22nd...WHEW! I can't wait to see our fearless OP leader on the tube. We're all star struck now T. ;D
But one question (something I've always wondered about my hometown Charm City Cakes)...how did the cake TASTE?!?!

Can't belive I didn't catch the promo on Food Network as with all the junk on regular TV now I'm pretty much there or PBS if I'm watching. Oh well...it will air again sometime...

But one question (something I've always wondered about my hometown Charm City Cakes)...how did the cake TASTE?!?! I would be curious about that too. We have a local bakery that makes Charm City-type cakes (they made the birthday cake in my avatar) but it's a hit or miss with the taste. They focus on aesthetics and design, so it's not uncommon for them to mass produce a bunch of cakes and freeze them.

Geordy - If I'm not mistaken, it'll air again on August 10th and then once again on September 27th. I got this info. by doing some Googling.
