Who knew PPD could sneak up on you 9 months later. Just sitting here reading a book and Kronenbourgs were mentioned and WHAM...full blown case of PPD. Hoping a bottle of Sancerre will help.
Surprised that it is those smaller moments that I'm missing right now -
Drinking Kronenbourgs on our last night at an unimpressive little cafe with a superb view of the ET lighting that made up for any shortcomings
Walking past the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal very early in the morning and seeing the women with flowers waiting for it to open
Browsing les bouquinistes on a crisp fall day
Anyone else?

i got an excited call this morning from two of my best friends who had just finished dinner at a cafe on their first night ever in Paris. They were like two kids, and even though I will be there is about 8 weeks I was suddenly very envious and depressed ( at the same time ) that I was not there with them about to head off for a walk along the Seine. I am hoping that the Bastille Day celebrations that we are about to head into in appros 3 hours are going to cure the PPD not make it even worse !!
