Anyone out there do the business class experience yet?

We have done this quite a few times, and are doing it again in December. It's no better or worse than other US airlines' business class service. They upgraded this service a couple of years ago and the seats now really do lie pretty flat, with a duvet for a blanket, etc. It certainly beats coach class, but then just about anything with more leg room and a footrest would be better than being in coach all those hours. Enjoy the trip!

Still runs with scissors, still colors outside the lines, but also plays well with others!
