This is long but hopefully will help those who do not want to read the last twenty posts, and see all those Off Subject posts. and some pointer on Searching:-X
1. Go to search - At top of Home Page
You do not have to put in Search Terms to do this.
Uncheck (first box) if you do not Uncheck this box you will get Threads/Responses from all boards within the Maximum you requested and they will only show Topic not which Board they were posted in.
Go down the page to the Board you want to see i.e. hotels,
check that box. (or more than one if you want)
Go to bottom of page and type in 'Posted within the last days.
Then type in number of Maximum Results you want to see
Then Click on Search
It will bring you back Threads/Replies- Newest one first.
If there are multiple Threads (Topics)
You can either read all listed or you can click on the Topic you are interested in. It will open on the last page of that topic with the newest replies at bottom.
If you want to read the entire Thread, then in the little box (right above Topic) type 1, then move your cursor to the right, and Go should show up in blue.
Click Go. This will take you to first page of Thread.
Want to see if there are responses to either a Thread you started or one you responded to?
Go to Profile (at very top of page), Click on Profile, This will bring up your profile. Either click on the last one you posted to and it will bring back responses to that post. It will open on the last page of that Topic/Thread with the newest responses at bottom.
If you want to read the entire Thread, then in the little box (right above Topic) type 1, then move your cursor to the right, and Go should show up in blue.
Click Go. This will take you to first page of Thread.
Want to see your last 20, 30, etc. responses change number in View most recent posts. Then click on Submit.
If you are curious about another members Threads/Responses or you know they responded to a Thread and you cannot remember the Topic.
Either click on their name above their Avatar.
This will open their profile, Go to View most recent posts.
Change number i.e. 20, 30. click on Submit.
This will bring back the entire Thread/posts they started or responded to.
Opens to Last Page of Topic/Thread, Newest at bottom.
Again change the page to 1 if you want to read from beginning..
Or you can go to bottom of Home Page, (on right) Members then a number (in blue) click on this number and it will take you to Member list, scroll through Member list Member and click on their name.
Again this will open their Profile
Then do same as above.
If you go to someone else's Profile all you can do is check for responses. You cannot make changes to their profile.
Lastly the one I usually chose.
I go to each Board when I login, see if there are any new Threads or responses since I last logged out and click on Topic/Thread.
