;D Ok so I am here on the photography board to pracitise my photography skills. Downloading or uploading from photobucket. The aim is to post more than one picture, there must be a way. Hopefully here are some pics from my walk today...... Well they seem Ok but I could only post them one at a time. I minimised photobucket and our paris variations in between each posting. Is there a way to post a few at a time? Denise

Great pictures - love the daffodils and the green fields!
I've never found a way to post more than one at a time, but if you just have two windows open at once and go back and forth I think that you'll find it's quite easy even with multiple photos.
Thanks, and we look forward to your trip report (and, of course, if you have photos from past trips please do post them as well!)

Is that England ?? WAUW !! I didn't know you had mountains ?? You're a wizz at doing this already - and you take great photos ! ps. in case anyone wonders why there aren't any people in the pics ? I know why They've killed them all ! I watch "Morse" and "Barnaby" and "Frost" and "Miss Marple" on TV - and in each episode they knock over about 4-5 good, taxpaying British citizens ! So I am telling you: that English countryside is LETHAL !!

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Laughed and laughed!!!! There is also Midsomer. If you've ever watched that. In one episode the Inspector Barnaby even told his wife to stop looking for a new house there!!! I think it was the writers joke, because there must be more murders than any where else in the world. I'm not sure how I did it, just took me about an hour and a half!!! I have to practice until I can do it easily. I used these instructions www.ourparisforum.com/index.cgi?board=technical&action=display&thread=696 See, I can tell grndpa that this forum is not a waste of my time, i am learning New skills!!! Thanks to andiandgaz Denise Love from England

You both cracked me up. We love the Ins. Barnaby series, Midsome Murders. In fact we watched Birds of Prey this morning and Sins of Commission yesterday. And Gitte, David always says the same thing, he'd be afraid to buy a house anywhere near Midsomer!
And Denise , I've even been to Bolton!

Lovely pictures Denise, and well done on getting them onto the forum. As far as I am aware, you can only copy and paste one code at a time. Are you in Bolton, Manchester? We do have some amazing countryside, I will dig out the pictures of our latest walk when I can, of the grandson in the muddy puddles. ;D

gitte - dream on. Spent 9 hours yesterday on 80 B&W infrared images that will be in my book THE FRENCH LANDSCAPE: IMAGES OF A SPECIAL LIGHT. They should be going to my publisher next week after I identify the locations and titles in the order I want them to appear. Photo assignments follow in Denver, Montreal, Salt Lake City and then Scotland. ;D If I can find any time between now and 2009 I'll get in touch !

grndma - Thanks for your email regarding your photographs. I have responded so please check your email. You have a good eye and select good subjects, portraying them fairly well. My thoughts on your images a basically tweaking. Randy

Denise (grndma), On the image with the stone wall and daffodils, I would crop off the right side and eliminate the road which leads the eye away. The wall and flowers are it ! On the landscape you might move forward to the wire fence and shoot the picture without the fence. You have good, what we call foreground framing, by using the branches of the trees. On the one with the car and cottage, I would cut out a bit of the bottom. The cottage takes on a more powerful place in the photo with less foreground. The creek is excellent. Can you make it more color saturated ? it will really improve the impact. ;D Best wishes, Randy

Cigale, you need to transfer it to photobucket. See GitteK's thread for newcomers on this board. You can use the OPF account (PM andiandgaz for the account password) or set up your own account on photobucket. It's really easy!
