Does that also mean no one is in chat? OR-is chat different than who is there rather than on the forum?

One viewing means that there is only one person viewing the forum at that particular time. Considering the growth we've shown recently, that should be a pretty rare occurence! I've just added a new feature that will show who's in the chat room. Just above and to the left of the posting area you'll see a link that says, "Who's Chatting in the OurParis Chat Room?" If you click on that link, it will show who's in the chat room at that moment. It saves you from having to enter the chat room if nobody else is there.
