2 sites that I really like are www.hertzmann.comPeter also sends a newsletter. His site is not only recipes but history of the foods and prep instructions. Excellent The La Varenne site is also very useful www.lavarenne.com

www.atelierdeschefs.com now has many free recipes and being a cooking school, they're all tested for the home cook and very accessible.
