 There is apparently a travel special to Paris. Web site is www.go-today.com or tel 800-227-3235. This was posted on a friend's e-mail from Frommer. Trip must be taken between Jan 8-22 for six nights at a rate of $639 plus $135 in additional taxes. Includes air, hotel, breakfast. HAS TO BE BOOKED by August 16. Hotel is Comfort Hotel Lamarck. I know nothing about company or hotel or whether they are using a flying carpet for transport. But the price is incredible. Did go to website and they have other hotels in Paris listed at somewhat higher rates. Since it was shared with me, I wanted to pass it on.

Since I had never used them and was have difficulty figuring out total cost I gave customer service a call. The woman I talked to could not have been nicer, I was asking about the one where 3 in London 3 in Paris which include Eurostar tickets. However I have seen comments that the hotels you select are not always the same rating. I was told they could built you a package to your wants. Also you can search again and again to see what is the best offer, times etc.
This site was recommended in the Kansas City Star so I checked it out just to see what had.
After 8-16 you can check again for the next specials. some of the hotels get very good rating (on other sites) and it makes the airfare about half of what you would pay just booking air.

I used them on my first trip to Italy about 6-7 years ago. They were really good/easy to work with. So they've been around a while too.

We booked with them once as well, and got a great deal. The hotels were fine, a bit out of the way, but decent enough. Since then, we've been lucky enough to find better deals booking seperately, but I always check thier prices to compare with what I'm quoted elsewhere. From LAX we have to add $150-200 per person additional for air, and another $50 per person if you want to fly on a weekend, so there are some additional charges as you go thru the booking process with Go-Today. But the company overall was great to deal with, and reputable.
