OK this is a test, I'm testing to see if this starts a new thread under Favorite French Recipes. (and smileys too.) So if it does put comments here and Recipes under the subcategory. If that's OK with adm and everyone. Also if this thread works is it possible to move messages to new thread (this) or what? We definitely do not want anyone's recipes to get lost. especially the Grand Mariner souffle. Have to wait for winter for that as my kitchen heats up to much in summer (even with AC)

Maybe the two recipe threads can be moved here?? Also, you can sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of the baked souffle if you like. I don't bother. And to get REALLY fancy, you can run your thumb around the inside of the unbaked souffle to create a "hat" effect when it bakes.

Happy, I can only move an entire thread, not an individual post. The idea of creating a separate thread for each recipe is so that the recipe itself is the very first posting in each thread. Otherwise, it would be impossible to ever find something. The best thing would be for you to re-post your recipe and give it its own thread. Then people can make comments about it in subsequent posts within the same thread.
