Last night I was messing around with my mobile phone, very rarely do I bother with it but at the moment it is free to use so I thought "why not?". I knew that you could now access Ebay or Myspace on your mobile so I wondered if I could get OurParis too? The answer to this question was "YES"......It does take longer to view pages as they are so small but you can log in, see all the pictures we have posted, all the names and status details and all the categories. I found the site by doing a Google search of ourParis but you can type in www.ourparisforum.com. It can be a little confusing to navigate at first and I recommend that you try it while the mobile is on charge, as the batteries drain faster but for all who need there fix of the forum and don't have a laptop to take away with them, it is a handy little piece of knowledge to take away with you. ;D

Thanks for the tip Andi, but ... I am my children's shame for being unable to even just handle SMS on a mobile, so forget about accessing the web .

Anne, lol...I'm afraid I'm techno-challenged as well. I can just about make and receive calls and messages on my cell phone. Not to mention, my old eyes could NEVER read on that little screen.

Happy...You made me laugh when I read your response above! It is exactly how I feel about my cell...and to text msg??? Forget it. It takes my glasses and then another 15 minutes to just send the simplest msg!

Tre, I wouldn't mind, but have you ever watched a teenage text message with their friends? Their fingers are a blur, they're so fast! Makes me feel old

What's text messaging ? My phone is probably the only one on the planet that does not have a camera. Does that mean I am out of touch ? I may need to replace my phone someday and wouldn't you know it, they no longer make a phone that's just a phone. What a concept !

I was at the orthopedic clinic one morning when a man came in with a dislocated thumb. I heard him telling the receptionist he did it while text messaging! Those things can be hazardous to your health in more ways than one.

All I know how to do with my phone is dial it and answer it when it rings.

I'm with you, Shoesy. And you know what?? I'm good with that!
It makes you wonder what kids did before cell phones and video games. I know, I know...I sound like a curmudgeon.

after 6 months I figured out I had to lock the keys because it kept trying to dial numbers, even sent a text message to my sister who does not have a cell phone. even reading the book does not help. the latest thing, I keep losing the redial function and have to go through Phonebook to dial. I'd get a new one but I still haven't figured out all the features on this one. and I don't want a camera. so which is going to drive me crazy first, my cell phone or my computer. ahhhhhhhhh

I have yet to photograph a wedding without at least a half a dozen cell phones in use right up until the time the bride is walking done the aisle. I have even had Dads, sitting in the front row, using their cell phones to photograph the ceremony

That's nothing, Randy. I've seen people actually talking on their cell phones DURING wedding ceremonies here. That better not happen at my son's wedding !!!

Shoesy - There ought to be a law against that. The only problem would be how to enforce it At least talking and not taking flash pictures doesn't get in my way (unless it is the bride, groom or wedding party)
