Don't know if you're out here, but your email address was just posted for one and all on TA for a reference for a cooking school. That might be ok with you, but I know that's how people get huge amounts of yukky spam...and I don't think you gave your ok before the address was given. Just a heads up...

Ohlala ! I am so sorry for my late answer, Les. It is very kind of you to let me know this, but there is absolutely no problem that my email address is on TA. Actually, TA is the only forum (apart from "Our Paris") where my cooking classes are mentionned (at least as far as I know), so all my "guests" come from there and my email address is the only way they can contact me ! Merci encore,
Anne P.S : My resa for "spring" is next wednesday ! Hehe...

Anne,
Can we expect a review of your visit to Spring? (Pretty please? ;D)

Hi Anne - are your classes given on a half-day basis for a group, or hourly, or how is that set up? And do you have a calendar of upcoming classes posted somewhere?

Becky, My class is from 6.30 pm to...about 11 pm ! It is a "hands-on" class : I cook with my guests and then we have dinner together. I don't have a planned schedule : if one is interested, I send him/her a menu selection (5 starters, 5 main dishes and 5 desserts), he/she chooses 1 item per category and we cook his/her choices. Any date can fit me, except if I am out of town. Do not hesitate to ask if you have more questions or you can send me an email : anne_sfez@yahoo.fr

Thanks Anne - it's likely to be quite some time before I am in Paris long enough to do something like this, but I have friends who might enjoy it very much and I wanted to know what to tell them. Hopefully, I will be able to do it myself at some point because it sounds like a great way to structure a class - first, pick what one would like to eat, and then learn how to cook it! ;D

I'll vouch for Anne's classes. It makes for a most enjoyable evening!
Anne, be sure that you and A save the evening of November 20 for a gathering chez nous. Same details as usual except I might actually cook this time!
