Dear all,
I´m dealing with this over a month and right now I´m as desperate as I can be. I even got confusing info from official tourism agency in Paris!
We would like to buy Paris Museum Pass, Disney combo ticket (incl. RER) and Forfait Loisirs for Versailles during our stay in September.
Now the question, I know where to buy them SEPARATELY but is there a place where to buy them AT ONCE? I thought it could be at one of the info centers because at parisinfo web site you can buy PMP and Disney combo ticket online BUT not FL for Versailles, so I checked chateau Versailles web page and there´s a note about the Espace du Tourisme Ile-de-France in the Carrousel of the Louvre, where you can buy FL.
When I google this "Espace..." ... I get 99 rue de Rivoli address ...
Has anybody visited that place? Or even bought something there?
Thank you guys for any input. I know I can always buy them separately and I´m dealing with absolutely irrelevant little things but I´m just curious if there´s a better solution.

TCZ: I answered a question strikingly similar to yours on another forum. For the sake of those who are curious, here is my (somewhat modified) answer: The Carrousel du Louvre is the shopping mall under the inverse pyramid at the Louvre. The ETIF is in the shopping mall. If you go to their website, click on the link for the map, and you'll see where their office is. en.carrouseldulouvre.com/vue/form/carrouseluk/accueil/accueil.htmThe address for the Carrousel du Louvre is the 99 rue de Rivoli address, so anything that's inside the mall uses that address. Although Versailles' website says the FL are available there, the official FL website at Transilien doesn't mention it. www.transilien.com/web/site/accueil/guide-du-voyageur/billets-abonnements/Versailles/lang/enIf you can't buy your FL tickets at the Tourist Office, you'll have no problem buying them at the RER station you leave from on your journey out to Versailles. The above link will also answer the other post regarding the "what is" a Forfaits Loisirs for Versailles. I think it's also worth mentioning that there are several Forfait Loisirs offered by Transilien for other sites in and around Paris as well. Including Fountainebleau...although Fountainebleau is a little more difficult to get to via public transportation. BTW...the response I got to my post on the other forum was very sweet. Thanks.

Arrow - sweet? Yes, maybe but most of all nothing but the truth! Your knowledge is great and I appreciate that you answer all the same questions all and all over again without any feel of being annoyed or whatever! Off topic (FL) but about Versailles - I saw a movie Marie Antoinette (S. Coppola) yesterday and after reading a book I´m kind of disappointed. Has anybody seen it? Costumes, surroundings - great, but it was very simplified, wasn´t it?

Penny, if you are really into Versailles (as me) I think it´s better to buy FL and save MP for Paris. We want to stay there whole day and make most of it, see everything possible ...

penny: a "Forfait Loisirs" is a combined train + museum ticket offered by SNCF (national rail company) Regardez: www.transilien.com/web/site/accueil/citylien/forfaits-loisirs/lang/enYou buy it at the major train stations, e.g. Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare du Montparnasse, Gare d'Austerlitz, Gare de Lyon Look for the ticket windows that say: TRANSILIEN. You cannot buy them at the metro ticket window.

Hi Terezacz- We just got back home from Paris and I can let you know what we experienced. I had purchased the Museum Pass and the Metro pass before we left the states. I had been unable to find a source to get the disney tickets, so I decided not to worry about it and get them there. We used the Museum Pass at Versailles and were left in everywhere with it. The only thing we paid extra for were the bikes. We waited until we got to Disney to purchase the tickets for the park, which was an expensive mistake. There were no lines, as I had feared, but the cost was a lot higher than the prices offered at the RER stations. I believe they had to be purchased several days in advance, but don't quote me on that.

terezacz- Even my travel agent had tried to get the Disney tickets through Disney online prior to our departure. We could have had them sent to our home, but they wouldn't send them until 5 days prior to our visit! And then there were shipping fees as well. That's why we decided to wait until we got to France. I know my husband had seen a Disney advertisement at a metro station that advertised a price of 29 euros with an advance purchase of 5 days. He thinks the Paris Disney store had the same offer. We ended up paying close to 40 euros per ticket at Disneyland (it was around 120 euros for 3 adults and l child). Hope this helps!

I see, that was the regular type of ticket - Ticket valid for 1 day either for Disneyland Paris or the Walt Disney Studios. If you visit Disney Studios first of all, you can visit Disneyland Paris from 5pm onwards. This kind of ticket costs 46 E. But there´s also Combined Disneyland Resort Paris + Train tickets for 59 E available, that´s the one we hope to get. We will see ...
Thank you!
