Hi everyone! Sorry I've been away! I'm heading to France for my friend's wedding (she's marrying a Parisian guy) and finally have locked down travel dates. I'm traveling with two other friends from the US. It's very exciting but also very soon! Any recommendations on finding a last-minute place to stay in Paris? - Sun, 6/17 - Hotel or apt for one night for 3 people
- Mon, 6/25 - Sat, 6/30 - Apt w/ 2 beds and fold-out couch (third person crashing one night)
My price range is on the cheap side (we're still technically in our late 20s) and we can stay in any arrondisement really. I was hoping to book through CentreParis in the 80-100Euro range, but they're booked solid. I'm going to try VRBO next, maybe Airbnb. Do you have any tips on finding last-minute accommodations or recommendations on places to stay? Any feedback is appreciated! Cheers, Matt

Hi Matt. You could try le Laumiere in the 19th, near Parc des Buttes Chaumont. I'm not sure if they have triple rooms. I stayed there last year and enjoyed it. It's right across from the Laumiere metro stop. www.hotel-lelaumiere.com/index-gb.htmYou could also try Hotel de la Porte Doree. They have triple rooms, but I couldn't tell if they had availability. From the pictures it looks like it's a double bed and a single bed. I haven't stayed there, but they get good reviews. www.hoteldelaportedoree.com/I also looked up Hotel Jeanne d'Arc in the Marais. Haven't stayed there, but I've heard it's a good hotel and very centrally located. They have a quadruple room available, but it's 164 euros so may be out of your price range. hoteljeannedarc.com/?lang=enI'd also look on hotels.com or another one of the internet sites. Find what's available in your price range and pick the one that suits you best. BTW, I think I joined OPF right after you. I was trying to come up with a screen name, and the home page kept showing you as the most recent member. I ended up copying your format. This sounds like an exciting trip - have a great time!
