Good job Shoesy..you packed a lot of good stuff into a shortish trip..but how did you miss that special cone! I know how that can happen though, similar things have happened to moi....you'll get back there..but then there is always so much else...just have to go back! Now, now your things are valuable if they bring you joy...it is not just about monetary value...like memories....of course I would not turn up my nose at a sac of gold....because that would equal more trips..more memories! ;D And like those more valuable than anything adorable grand twins! Just curious..had Gitte been to a L'Entrecote before? Ya know we have one here you can also try out!

Just curious..had Gitte been to a L'Entrecote before? Nope. It was her first time. It was also our first time at that place in St. Germain, but we had been to Relais de Venise in Porte Maillot several times.

Ah, what fun to read your trip report! Love your outfits...e.g. scarf, boots, etc.. All very chic! Your hubby's dessert at the Florimond...what? Looks like he had ALL the desserts offered! ha! (I would have happily helped him with the creme brule, I fear). So glad you had a glorious time and am not surprised!

I can't believe that 2 weeks have passed since my last day in Paris. My brown boots are still waiting to be cleaned and polished before being put away for the summer. I still don't have the heart to brush away all that precious Paris dust, which is a real reminder of my wonderful trip.
