And I was 64 when I first experienced the "twinkling" lady - will never forget the first time I witnessed that! Was there with my dear Tim as we were celebrating our 15th Anniversary!

I've been to various Chez Clements over the years and rarely been disappointed...only when I had my mouth set on a daily special and it was sold out!

Btw the raw bar, potato puree, assiettes, grilled and roitisserie meats, not to mention desserts....there is always something well prepared, presented, and tasty! Glad they took such good care of you!

Yes Seb does look tall for his age...esp. in that Chef's toque..which I smiled to see him happily wear....
