Well, my friends would say so, I guess, Gitte. I taught a class at a local tech school for a while. It was a primer in cooking. Sort of like "How to Boil Water". I love to cook and I love to cook for friends. I went to pastry school but would much rather cook even though I bake on weekends at a local bakery.

c'mon now....... singing in oratorium performances and polishing an old wormbitten Louis Seize bureau couldn't take that much time........
