Annette - Thanks so much. Your photo helped me ID the exact one. I have ordered it and can't wait to use it. I don't have a trip planned right now, but may be able to swing one toward the end of the year. (Don't tell my S/O...he doesn't know yet). ;D

Holger -
I'm coming late to this discussion. Am also a confirmed fan of the L'Indisponsable publication Le petit parisien, 3 plans par arrondissement touted by Laidback, Annette and others because of its detailed bus and Métro information.
However, I would add that L'Indisponsable has another Paris map book by arrondissement with larger print in the street index and larger scale maps of the arrondissements. I bought it for my husband, and while it does not have the additional overlay maps with bus and Métro lines, he finds it much easier to read and use. This version is called Mieux Voir Paris Par Arrondissement . There's not all that much difference in scale for the smaller arrondissements, but it makes a big difference for the larger, higher number arrondissements, which - starting with the 11th - have been split into several pages each.
You might compare the two when you are in Paris.
