Once again, merci! Tomorrow at this time we will be on our way to the wedding. My son called a little while ago and told me not to be nervous because everything has been taken care of, and all we have to do is show up and enjoy ourselves. ;D

Congratulations to the bride and groom on their special day!
You take a deep breath, think about how good you look in that turquoise dress and have fun!

The wedding was out of this world. I'm too sleep-deprived to say any more, so please forgive me. Even yesterday (the day after the wedding, and after only 3 hours of sleep) we had family get-togethers throughout the day, so we've been sooooooooooo busy. My fatigue surpasses what we all feel when we return from Paris. ;D Naturally, I'll get back to OPF once I have time to breathe.

Hi Shoesy! I'm so glad to hear you're having so much fun and that the wedding was wonderful. When you've slept off your "jet lag", we'll be here waiting for more details!

Just a short update........ My sister and niece are still here with me so I'm still quite busy most of the day, which means that I'm not back to my usual routine. I haven't been able to read many of the posts on OPF, but I look forward doing so in the very near future.
Here people do not send thank-you cards to the guests, but it is customary to call people and thank them for coming to the wedding and also for their gifts. The couple has been calling their friends, but my husband and I have been making numerous phone calls to our friends, so that's another thing that has been keeping me occupied.
Looking forward to being able to post more frequently...........

Wow, with 500 guests at the wedding, you must be very busy making phone calls!!! Writing thank you notes would be quicker, but I rather like the personal touch of the Israeli custom, Shoes!
