I second the motion to go to Eze. I'm sure it gets very crowded during high season, but it is sooo charming! I'll dig thru my pictures and post a few later...

You guys, this is our fantasy too! We've driven through the Dordogne and have fallen in love with the idea of buying property. It seems surprisingly affordable. It's great to hear that you've actually done it, Becky! How fabulous.

Aude -- much as I love Paris, the Dordogne just feels like home to me (maybe I lived there 1000 years ago, in one of those hundreds of chateaux?? more likely, in one of the huts at the base of one of those hundreds of chateaux, LOL!!). I would go back over and over, and I'm always delighted when other people have the same reaction to it!
