This is NOT Luckyluc writing but his hubby Lucky J.
It is 7pm local time in Paris and Luc flew to Paris last night to surprise Truffaut and his spouse G.
The master plan is as follow: First Luc phoned G.’ cellular phone and pretends to be in Canada thinking of them having a wonderful time in Paris..
After the regular “wish you were here conversation” Luc will walk over their favorite place where they are enjoying happy hour and casually order at the bar.
Don’t I have a devious hubby !!! I am sure Luc will get to the cyber café tomorrow morning and tell you all about it.
Sadly someone have to work in order to kept him in the lifestyle he’s accustom to!!!
In the mean time play well.
(I do have the button to delete the posts and all the others, gee what does this one do???….)
Lucky J.

Glad the "surprise" turned out to be a surprise. You people are awesome.......including Lucky J., I guess you're not too lonely there in Canada because you have those two adorable Scottish terriers to keep you company.

Oh yes Truffaut and G. did had to do a double take went I just stand there on the sidewalk looking at them!!!!! Paris is not sunny nor warm yet, but there is a bit of hope for this weekend. Not that I am complaining, it is always sunny and nice in my head when I am here. Today I am off to a photographies exhibit at the Carnavalet and after that we will follow Gitte footsteps to Vincennes. Ah la vie est belle.....

Lucky and Truffaut, I read that there is a Lalique exhibition at the Musée du Luxembourg, I think that you would like that . The exhibition is about his crystal and glass Art Nouveau jewels and decoration items . Go to museeduluxembourg.fr

T...Luc can really keep a secret, can't he? That devil! He had to tell everyone else to avoid giving away his secret to those concerned! Glad it worked out Luc! Enjoy Paris (under the rain...) I'm off for a week end in Germany.

That's okay Anne, you and I can form our own little club of those who weren't "in the know" on this!

I only found out because it came up on the chat...I innocently asked Luc when he was going to Paris next and he PM'd me to let me in on the big surprise. Of course we had to play it up and give Truffaut a hard time for going to Paris and leaving poor, poor Luc behind ;D

Luc is not very good at keeping secrets, I can tell you that ! ;D ;D But I understand him, when you are bubbling inside from excitement like a bottle of Piper Heidsieck, "shaken not stirred", you simply HAVE to let a few bubbles out from time to time. Luc, my dear, I congratulate you on pulling a perfect stunt on your two friends. Have a lovely time in Paris. Please write back to us what you think of Vincennes !

Glad surprise worked out.
Anne,
How long will the Lalique exhibit be at the Luxembourg? Just wondered if it would still be there in September.
Merci. ;D
