I´m impressed! So many people want to visit CZ Well - what is on my wish list? I have to control myself because my boyfriend is afraid of flying (very much) - on the other side I discovered so many beautiful places because of that. Europe is fascinating so we DRIVE for a holiday every year. With that on mind I think that next year will be about deciding between: Switzerland, Scandinavia and maybe France again ;D

andi >>I would love to go work in Borneo with the orangutans and Sri Lanka with the elephants for about 3-4 months each. << orangutangs: bring Gillette shaver and foam, if you think of tatooing those fellas ! elephants: bring extra batteries for your tatooing-machine !!
Or maybe not - there are cannibals in Borneo. Take care not to accept dinner invitations from the friendly locals.........

Gitte, I would only ever inflict that kind of pain on humans, and yes that is part of the joy, tee hee! ;D but yes the locals may be a different kettle of fish!

My 'to go' list is way too long to even attempt.
My most frustrating moments when choosing where to go are: a)resenting how long it takes to get anywhere from Australia (hence my lack of sympathy for anyone who complains about a transatlantic flight - lol) b) trying to balance repeat visits to places that I LOVE with new places that I want to visit. It's kind of like going to a restaurant more than once - do you eat the same dish as last time (knowing it was great) or try something different and perhaps be disappointed? And I guess the thried frustration is that while I have been disappointed in trying out new restaurant meals, there's only one place I'm in no hurry to revisit (and that's Belgium). Mez

mez - I know almost nothing about Belgium, but they sure have lots of pretty diamonds in Antwerpe.

The rest of France, yes I love Paris but would like to see the countryside and small towns. Would really like to take a barge cruise. Not really interested in Nice or Cannes.
Scotland (am of Scots descent)
I don't why but have no interest in going to Italy.
And a nod to another member. Vancouver, BC in the spring.
and New England in the fall.
I have been to almost all major cities in US, except NYC and Boston.
